Prices |
At Rich-Ycled.dk we take responsibility for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Prices are subject to availability.

Payment |
Rich-Ycled accepts payment by VISA, VISA Electron, and MasterCard. The payment will be debited from your account once it is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT, unless otherwise expressly stated. Rich-Ycled also accepts payment by PayPal. Reservations are made regarding pricing errors and sold out / discontinued products.

Delivery |
Rich-Ycled aim to orders received before 17 (5 pm) are sent at the lastest 3 work days later. For custom made deliveries there is a delivery time of 20 calendar days.

Warranty |
We give 1 year warranty for our products. Our warranty applies to defects in material and / or workmanship. You can get it repaired or replaced, a refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The claim does not apply to defects or damage committed by improper handling of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. You must advertise in "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect / error. Rich-Ycled will cover shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not accept submissions by COD.

Refund |
In case of refund, please include the bank details in the form of regnr and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be safely disclosed per. mail or other electronic form, since it is not sensitive information and will be used only to our fulfilment of the refund.

Return Policy |
There is given 14-day return policy on goods purchased in our shop. The period begins on the day you receive the order.
Return shipments should have this attention: Within 14 days from the time of receipt, you must notify that you wish to cancel your purchase.
The notification shall be made by mail on info@rich-ycled.dk. In the message, make us clearly aware that you want to use your right of withdrawal. You cannot undo by simply reject the goods, without being given clear notice.

Return |
You must send your order return without undue delay and within 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You have to bear the direct cost of returning. By returning you are responsible for those goods are properly packaged. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. You have the risk from the time of delivery of the goods until we have received the return. We do not receive packages sent by COD.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way it works. You can thus test the product as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the product is tried beyond the above-described, it is considered used. Which means that you know the chagrin of purchase only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive the entire purchase amount return you must therefore try the product without actually taking it into use.

Refund |
If you regret your purchase, you get of course the amount you have paid to us in return. In the event of impairment, as you are liable to be deducted from the bid amount. Using this right, refunded all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date where we are informed about your decision to make use of the withdrawal. Repayment carried out with the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product, unless we have since been supplied with evidence of you having sent it back. |
